This is me making a wonderful, quick, and simple breakfast of organic maple granola that I got from The People’s Food Co-op here in Rochester MN. I added Trader Joe’s Almond beverage, Lilac Wellness Center Bee Pollen, and organic peanut butter (after I stopped the video). Bee Pollen is an AMAZING superfood that supplies just about everything your body needs to not only survive but thrive! Getting my body, mind, and spirit in the best condition possible is the most foundational part of my continuous awakening. Taking this organic bee pollen is like doing a little detoxing everyday. And it tastes earthy sweet and awesome because it comes from wildflowers in pristine wilderness areas of Northern British Columbia and The Yukon Territory!!
