put your hands close together in front of you, fingers relaxed and slightly separated. “You will see me do this in the video.” You should feel a very subtle magnetic energy field flowing between your hands. Slowly and gently move your hands in and out 1-4 inches apart, as if you were squeezing and stretching a small ball of plasma energy. As you move your hands back and forth; close your eyes and observe the motion of energy fields behind your eyes; in what is commonly called your “Third Eye Chakra”.
