Recipe:

3 ¼ cups of flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ cups of pink lemonade
1 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 3/4 cups of sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp red food coloring
1 egg
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 mins (depending on your oven)

Pink Lemonade recipe:
½ cup of sugar
1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of cranberry juice
4 ½ cups of water
*Only need 1 ½ cup of lemonade for the cake recipe*

Lemon cream cheese frosting recipe:
8 oz Cream cheese
1 Stick of unsalted butter
4 Cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon zest
2 tsp red food coloring
1/2 tbsp milk (optional)
