Preparing Kava
Basically 1 part kava to 3 parts liquid (or 2, if you wish something stronger). I put the kava into a container, add a little 2% milk for fat, then fill the container with lukewarm water and shake. Steep for about one hour, occasionally shaking the container. I also didn’t finish my sentence about what kind of kava this was: it is a Papua New Guinea strain called Kodiak, which I bought from Bula Kava House in Portland, OR.
