The Pritzker, known as the ‘Nobel prize for architecture,’ is the highest honour in the field, with winners selected by a distinguished jury from around the world. During the press conference held at the United Nations, 2016 Priztker Laureate Alejandro Aravena addressed his view on the role of architecture in development, to achieve inclusive, resilient and sustainable cities for reducing poverty and inequality.
