Cinnamon Rolls
For the Dough:
4 cups of All Purpose Flour
1 Package of Dry Yeast
1 cup of Whole Milk, warm to about 110 degrees
1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup of Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1 tsp of Salt
1/4 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted

For the Filling:
1/4 cup of Unsalted Butter, at room temperature or melted
3/4 cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

For the Glaze:
1/4 cup of Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 Tbsp of Butter, at room temperature
1-1/4 cups of Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
3 to 4 Tbsp of Milk

Butternut Squash Soup
1 medium butternut squash
Mirepoix
1Green apple
1 green apple
4 cups of chicken stock
2 onions
4 celery stalks
4 carrots
5 sage leaves
Pumpkin seeds
Rub in butternut squash with chili powder
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
