In this installment of the “Healthy Body” series, we make a Hi-Protein Low Carb Low Fat Pumpkin Pie .
Ingredients List:
Protein Powder: 2 Servings
Sweetner: ½ cup
Pumpkin Puree: 1 can
Cinimin: 1 tbs
Almond Mik: 1 cup
Egg White: 1 cup
Vanilla Extract: 1 tbs
Optional Ingredients: PB2 & All spice
Cooking Instructions:
Coat glass pie pan with non stick spray
Bake at 355 degrees for 55 minutes
Cover and Chill in Refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
