Pumpkin Protein Pancakes: Healthy Recipe
Happy Halloween everyone! Celebrate with these yummy Pumpkin Protein pancakes:) They are so rich and decadent you’ll be amazed that their actually healthy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
-1 scoop vanilla raw vegan protein powder ( Purchase the one I used here: https://amzn.to/1bTpyUb )
-2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
-1 tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-2 eggs
-1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
-2 tbsp. gluten free flour
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-pinch of sea salt
Mix it all up and cook on low-med heat on a non stick frying pan. About 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Top off with some Canadian maple syrup and unsweetened shredded coconut! YUM:)
