Pumpkin Spice Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 2/3 cup sugar
16 oz. canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Mix together with wire whisk and beat thoroughly.
Add the dry ingredients:
2 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Mix well. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray and pour batter in and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes. Let cool thoroughly.
For Frosting:
8oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
4 cups powdered sugar.
Mix softened cream cheese and butter together and add sugar 1 cup at a time. Mix until smooth. Spread frosting over cooled cake. I like to refrigerate but it is not necessary. Enjoy!
