I am honestly in love with this detox recipe! I do it every week just Friday-Sunday (which means I am drinking three of these) and this detox keeps bloating from happening and makes my stomach feel so much slimmer! I have tried this out so many times and I truly believe this has worked for me and really helps for the summer! My sisters do it and I also got Audrey to try it out as well! The recipe is originally by Jillian Michaels but I traded out the dandelion root tea for something a little tastier, so that this detox wouldn’t be a pain to drink! Here is my the recipe and I hope you all enjoy it!

1/2 Gallon Water bottle
Ice based on your preference
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon of all natural cranberry juice
1 Cup of any Detox tea of your choice I personally love Yogi Berry Detox!
And once all of your ingredients are put into your waterbottle, just fill the rest with water!

Drink a whole one of these each day for a week or as I like to do it, each day during every weekend of the summer!
