I just would like to give you guys a few quick tips when using subliminals.

Now, in this subliminal “world” i am still new. I’ve known about subliminals for maybe a year but, i still think i am new to it. I’ve started my channel because,i want to do anything to help and not harm you. I’m not pointing fingers or anything but, i have heard of people including myself who have been harmed when using subliminals. But, that’s off topic. I would just appreciate if you guys could trust me. Now for the tips ♥ (i use these myself)
♥Drink a lot of water
♥Believe in you and your results 100%
♥Spend some relaxing time on your subliminal (maybe 20-30 minutes, but ofcourse if you feel a little off such as headaches PLEASE STOP)
♥Stay positive
♥Don’t think too hard
♥Look at motivational post (instagram has a lot)
♥Picture yourself as if they already happened
♥Let your body rest sometimes btw it could help so much
♥Don’t look in the mirror or try to find anything new about you
(there is more but, i may have forgot)
BONUS::::
I am using yayyay’s rose’ voice subliminal right..i sang for my sister and she was like “why are you singing so high?” As in high pitch. But i wasnt doing it on purpose!! my voice change is noticable and plus my singing is better now.
