I have did not include the cinnamon, you can if you like from website.
The recipe
4.4 ounces or .5625 cups horseradish
3 lemons or 4.4 ounces of liquid lemon juice
4 tsp honey
2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 piece of ginger

I used a food processor and later used a blender to make it like applesauce consistency. It is strong but it is really good. Check with the part 2 challenge for the results
