I’ve been in the hobby for 15 years. I’ve tried every ich treatment out there. UV, garlic etc. None of them work like ginger.. The results are pretty quick, or have been for me. Should be within 48 hours. Mix it in their food or put some in the tank. It’s not going to hurt anything.
