Ingredients to Prepare ” Khadai Paneer ”
2-Medium Onion Chopped in Big Size ( प्याज )
2-Green capsicum Chopped in Big Size ( हरी शिमला मिर्च )
1/2-Carrot Chopped in Big Size ( गाजर )
2-Baby Corn Sliced (बेबी कॉर्न )
2-Chopped French beans ( फ्रेंच बीन्स )
1-Big Tomato Chopped in Big Size ( टमाटर )
1/2-Cup Chopped Coriander ( हरा धनिया )
2-Medium Onion Sliced Big Size ( ( प्याज )
2-Big Tomato Sliced ( टमाटर )
2-Green Chilli ( हरी मिर्च )
1/2-Coconut Sliced in Big Size (नारियल)
5to6- pieces of Garlic ( लहसुन )
3-Small pieces of Ginger ( अदरक )
1-Cinnamon ( दालचीनी )
2-Cardamom ( इलाइची )
2to3-lavang ( लौंग )
4to5-Black Paper ( काली मिर्च )
1-Tbs Pumpkin seeds ( कद्दू के बीज )
2-Bay Leaf (तेजपत्ता)
2-Red Chilli ( लाल मिर्च )
1/2-Tbs cumin seeds ( जीरा )
1/2-Tbs cumin seeds ( जीरा )
1-Tbs fenugreek leaves ( कसूरी मेथी )
1-Tbs Garam Masala ( गरम मसाला )
1-Tbs Red Chilli Powder ( कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च )
1-Tbs Coriander Powder ( धनिया )
1-Tbs Turmeric powder ( हल्दी )
2-Big Tbs Curd (दही ) or Cream
100ml-Oil ( तेल )
200Gm -Paneer Big Pieces ( पनीर )
Salt As per Taste ( नमक स्वादानुसार )
