put 2 ounces almond milk in pan
add 1/4 cup organic rolled oats
teaspoon sunflower seeds
teaspoon pumpkin seeds
simmer on low while preparing the following;
organic portabella mushroom
organic grape tomatoes about 4
organic broccoli
and 1/3 avocado
3 organic eggs add 2 ounces almond milk and blend
add 1 teaspoon organic flax seed powder (I forgot this in video)
when oats are simmering for 3-4 minutes and almond milk gets absorbed in move it to the side of the pan
put 1 tablespoon oil in pan for eggs to cook in
add eggs and then the plate of veggies
simmer on higher heat for 3-4 minutes
add slice of organic cheese
and enjoy
