In this video, Rob Riches teaches us how to perform a basic workout that will help you strengthen and tone your upper body, targeting main areas such as shoulders, chest, back, arms, and even the abs and the lower back, with nothing more than, really, your own body weight, a bar, and some dip bars. This is body pump and it consists of 6 different exercises, performed in a sequential manner. Basically, it’s a superset with as many repetitions with your own body weight as you can.
