Florence Pondeville was Junior Assistant ‘legal advice and project management’, for BTC in South Africa (2006-2008). She supported the creation of sustainable livelihoods and economic development for the chief beneficiaries of the land restitution process after apartheid. Florence still believes in the need to tackle structural inequalitiesimportance of SDG 10, reduced inequalities, working at Unia, the Belgian inter-federal centre for equal opportunities, where she is in charge of the “individual support” service.
