Ingredients:
1-2 Potatoes, washed and diced(UNpeeled)
2 Red Bell Pepper cut into strips or dices
2 Green Bell Pepper cut into strips or dices
1 Large White Onion, Diced
1 Carrot, Diced
1 Zucchini, diced
1 Eggplant(about the size of two fists), Diced
1 Stalk of Celery
2 Cups of fresh spinach
1/2 Head of Cauliflower
1/4-1/2 pint Heavy whipping cream
1/4-1/2 cup plain yogurt(mountain high or pavels are good brands)
1 can of El Pato Salsa de Jalapeno
3 and 1/2 cups water
olive oil
salt to taste
paprika
ginger powder
star anise powder
sabji masala
amchur powder
chicken curry masala
meat curry masala
toasted cumin seeds
corn or potato starch to thicken
