Ingredients needed – garlic, spinach, olive oil, salt, cheese/pasta, crackers
Intro – In today’s simple recipe, we are using spinach. Yes, that’s right. It is the secret ingredient of Popeye’s strength. In addition to spinach, there is the garlic. Do you know the benefits of garlic? Its packed with allicin, a compound that helps in treating hair loss. It also an excellent home remedy for acne as it kills the bacteria and also helps in getting rid of blemishes. These no carb, low calorie meals are excellent as pre or post workout meals.
Cut garlic into thin discs; meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Add garlic pieces and fry till slightly brown and crisp. Tear spinach leaves into smaller pieces. Then add it into pan when garlic is golden brown, stir-fry until spinach is wilted/soft and add a pinch of salt.
