There’s a healthy and delicious surprise hiding inside your jack-O-lanterns! Create simple and delicious roasted pumpkin seeds in your home oven.

Recipe:
1 – 2 cups pumpkin seeds rinsed and dried
1 – 2 tablespoons oil or butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 – 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Toss rinsed and dried pumpkin seeds in oil, salt , and garlic. Roast in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Seeds are done when golden brown and crispy. Enjoy these with the shell on and can be kept up to 1 week in an air tight container.
