*2-3 frozen bananas
*almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
*one handfull of raspberry (or other berries)
TOPPING: homemade granola, frozen raspberries, pumpkin seeds
SMOOTHIE 2:
* 2-3 frozen bananas
* ice cubes
* almond milk (your choice)
* one tablespoon of cocoa powder (tips: one teaspoon instead)
SMOOTHIE 3:
* 2-3 frozen bananas
* one avacado
* coconut milk (your choice)
* frozen spinach
TOPPING: homemade granola & banana
