Sorse Ilish
Ingredients:-
1) Hilsa Fish (ইলিশ পেটি)-6 pics.
2) Paste of Brown mustard seeds (সরষে বাটা)-4 teaspoon.
3) Chili paste(লঙ্কা বাটা)-1 teaspoon.
4) Green chili (কাঁচা লঙ্কা)-3 pics.
5) Salt (লবন)-1 teaspoon.
6) Turmeric powder (হলুদ)-1 teaspoon.
7) Mustard oil (সরষের তেল) -6 tablespoon.

Method-
1) At first mix paste of brown mustard seeds with 1 cup of water.
2) Strain it .
3) Add the water in a pan.
4) Mix turmeric powder,Salt,chili paste with it.
5) Add fish pieces.
6) Add mustard oil & green chili.
7) cover the pan.
8) Boil for 10 minutes in medium flame.
9) At last serve with few drops of mustard oil.
