Chimmichuri is a pesto like sauce with garlic, parsley, italian parsley and cilantro. Tastes great with beef, chicken, eggs and I’m pretty sure it’s yummy on vegetarian stuff too! This can also be done in the Vitamix blender. I’ll shoot a video one of these days ;-)

Parsley – Parsley is rich in many vital vitamins, including Vitamin C, B 12, K and A. This means parsley keeps your immune system strong, tones your bones and heals the nervous system, too.
Cilantro – Cilantro is most often cited as being effective for toxic metal cleansing and rightfully so! This herb is a powerful, natural cleansing agent. The chemical compounds in cilantro bind to toxic metals and loosen them from the tissue. Many people suffering from mercury exposure report a feeling of disorientation, but notice a reduction after consuming large and regular amounts of cilantro over an extended period! So clear your body and mind with chimichurri!
Chili Pepper Flakes – Boost Immunity – The bright color of red chili peppers signals its high content of beta-carotene or pro-vitamin A. Just two teaspoons of red chili peppers provide about 6% of the daily value for vitamin C coupled with more than 10% of the daily value for vitamin A. Often called the anti-infection vitamin, vitamin A is essential for healthy mucous membranes, which line the nasal passages, lungs, intestinal tract and urinary tract and serve as the body’s first line of defense against invading pathogens.

Lemon will help make your body more alkaline!
Lemon – acid from lemon juice helps make kale’s iron more bioavailable!
Let’s not forget that Garlic is a vegetable, too. According to The World’s Healthiest Foods “with their unique combination of flavonoids and sulfur-containing nutrients, allium vegetables—such as garlic—belong in your diet on a regular basis. There’s research evidence for including at least one serving of an allium vegetable—such as garlic—in your meal plan every day. If you’re choosing garlic as your allium family vegetable, try to include at least 1/2 clove in your individual food portion. If you’re preparing a recipe, we recommend at least 1-2 cloves.”
