Stork Lemon & Blueberry Easter Cake Recipe Demonstration
Filled with fresh blueberries and white chocolate, our delicious Lemon & Blueberry Cupcakes recipe makes for a wonderful Easter treat which are hard not to love.
Decorate them with chocolate mini eggs and Easter chicks to make them extra special!
Ingredients:
Cake
225g Stork tub
200g caster sugar
4 eggs, large
1 tsp vanilla extract
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
225g self raising flour
100g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
100g white chocolate melted
Nest
95g white chocolate, melted
65g cornflakes
Filling
100g blueberries
Zest of 1 lemon
20g white chocolate curls
Selection of chocolate eggs – 125 g
