Smoothie Recipe:
- 1 cup Florida OJ
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 1/2-1 cup Collard greens (or spinach) – optional
Blend on high until smooth and creamy

Spiced Orange-Cranberry Oats Recipe:
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Florida OJ
- 1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
Put everything in a bowl, travel mug, or thermos, cover with
boiling water and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
