I do not have that much sugar in my diet right now or for the past three years. I have experimented with many of the diets that we are told are good for us and have varied results that were not what I expected. That’s 1/3rd of the population that is severely overweight, fat or clogged as I like to say … Your not ”fat” your ”clogged” Once we get clogged – Obesity sets in and now the diseases of many incurable or mental disease start to creep in.
Diabetes is a huge epidemic in the USA 100 million strong about the same as the Obese crowd. It stands to reason this crowd of people are not being to smart with there lifestyles and choices they have taken.

You will love the flavor of this drink. In time you will find out the healthier you become the less attractive sugar becomes to you and good fats and good salts will be the choice of your best tastes and feeling of cessation.
