few methi / fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp. garam masala
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cumin – not geera
1/4 – 1/2 tsp red food colouring
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
3 tbsp. plain yogurt
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. oil
