In this video I go through the method in which one would administer an intramuscular steroid injection. My preferences for injection sites are glute and deltoid injection, rotating the sites especially if you are on a quicker acting ester cycle.

In the next injection video, I will go through backloading with an insulin needle, a method that has become very popular due to the decreased pain and easiness of injecting.
