Who doesn’t LOVE alfredo sauce?!? It may not be good for your hips but it sure can comfort your soul lol. If you’re looking for a great alfredo recipe, I don’t think you will be disappointed in mine!

Ingredients:
1lb. Chicken Breast
1lb. Pasta of your choice
Broccoli
1 Stick Butter
1 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 c. Parmesan
1/4 c. Mozzarella
S&P
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Olive Oil

Directions:
Coat chicken in olive oil and seasonings. Cook until no longer pink.

Cut and rinse broccoli into florets. Coat with olive oil, s&p, and garlic powder. Roast in oven at 425° in 5 minute intervals until it’s done.

Sauce: Over medium heat melt butter in a pan. Add cream cheese. Once the cream cheese is softened add heavy whipping cream. Season to taste. Just keep whisking this until everything it smooth and thick. Remove from heat and add cheeses. If you’re having a hard time with the cheese not melting then put it on low heat, KEEP WHISKING, until melted.
I always have leftover alfredo sauce so be prepared for leftovers… YAY!
