In this video I am sharing some tips on how NOT to consume Soy.
Soy is FULL of protein and does wonders for your health and skin.
When drinking at an early age it also prevents certain cancers so there’s really no reason why not to drink soy milk especially when it taste good too!
However, there are a few things you might need to consider before consuming soy products, especially if you are attempting to make your own at home.

1. Do NOT consume RAW soy beans
2. Do NOT add sugar while cooking soy
3. Do NOT add raw egg to soy
4. Do NOT drink soy on a empty stomach
