At STCfit we don’t believe there is bad food, except for trans fats. There is only food that is friendly or unfriendly for your goals. However, we do need to call into question the benefits, or not, of Soy based products.
Soy has been hailed as a superfood due to the content of isoflavones and phytoestrogens (plant based oestrogens), which mimic the effects of the female hormone oestrogen, but are 1,000 times less powerful. It is the very strong antioxidant properties of soy that are most beneficial.

So to Soy or not to Soy?
