Im generally not one to buy into healthcare hype type items we are always hearing about probiotics on tv and yogurt commercials and the radio. Been having some stomach trouble and picked up this one week heavy duty dose of probiotics and man does it make a difference. Feel better, lighter feeling in my stomach, more energy. Plan on taking normal pill probiotics on an ongoing basis.

Only negative stuff about this is its a powder and it tastes like complete ass no drink will cover it up, best Ive found is 100% pure cranberry juice
