This is one of my favorite and hearty post workout protein shakes, which I call Uncle Jason’s Post Workout Power Shake. This is a high protein, high carb shake with a dose of healthy fats, creatine monohydrate and antioxidants.

Ingredients:
10-12 ounces of milk or water
1 banana
1 teaspoon of all natural honey
1 teaspoon of bee pollen
10 grams of creatine monohydrate
1/2 serving of mixed berries (dark berries)
1.5 – 2 scoops of whey protein

The dark berries (my mix is strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and black berries) are loaded with antioxidants. The bee pollen is a unique addition but bee pollen is also loaded with antioxidants as well as numerous health benefits. Make sure you get your bee pollen from a local bee farmer (go to any farmers market). This post workout shake has an abundance of protein and carbs with healthy fats coming from the all natural peanut butter. And you also have the extreme muscle building supplement creatine monohydrate. I prefer taking creatine post workout, and with my post workout shake.
