Todays vegan bodybuilding recipe is my own high protein, healthy, vegan version of reeses Peanut butter cups. This desert is a great addition for those of you with a sweet tooth, leave some space in your vegan bodybuilding meal prep for some of these and you can thank me later.
Here are the needed ingredients:
4 Tablespoons (64g) Peanut Butter
2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
(75g) Vanilla or chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Cup (122g) Reduced Sodium Chickpeas (or Any Other White Bean)
1 Ounce soy Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
4 Tablespoons (56g) Dark Chocolate
