Ingredients:
1 cup canned coconut milk
1/3 cup favourite chipotle hot sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp ground chia seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
pinch of salt
Blend in a blender (we prefer Blendtec) for 1 minute, then allow to set (preferrably overnight) in the fridge for the mayo-like consistency!
