This is what keeps me ALIVE!! This is where most of my daily nutrition and calories come from and if you want to up the protein content you can always add a scoop of a non flavored protein powder to easily boost the protein content to +50g.

Ingredients:
- 2cups Kale
- 1 Banana
- 1/4cup Oats
- 3oz Tofu(Extra Firm)
- 1tbsp Flax Seed
- 1tbsp Chia Seed
- 1tbsp Hemp Seed
- 1tbsp Sunflower Seed
- 1tbsp Pumpkin Seed
- 1cup Frozen Fruit
- 1-2cups Juice or Water

Macros:
Calories – 811
Fat – 30g
Carbs – 114g
Protein – 33g
