VEGAN Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls – RECIPE
These tasty pumpkin spice energy balls are great for an on the go breakfast, a simple snack or a healthy dessert. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blended pumpkin (canned or homemade)
1 1/4 cup dry oats
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tsp spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, ginger)
(or just used store bought pumpkin pie spice)
