VEGAN SCHOOL LUNCH IDEAS BENTO BOX
LUNCH 1:
- cooked pasta (enough to fill your box)
- diced tomato
- sliced green pepper
- tofu feta
LUNCH 2:
- 1/2 can chickpeas
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- BBQ sauce
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp hummus
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
LUNCH 3:
- brown rice
- black beans
- veggies to top it
DESSERT BOX:
Bliss balls:
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Blend in food processor until sticky enough to roll, then roll into balls and keep in the fridge!
