Vegan Vanilla Almond Granola Recipe | Oil & Sugar Free | Healthy & Delicious
INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 – 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 heaping tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup or less organic grade A maple syrup
- Dash pink himalayan sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Mix all ingredients together very well and pour on sheet in a single layer
- Bake for 5 minutes, mix granola around on sheet, then continue baking another 5-6 minutes until golden brown
