VEGETABLE LAYERED BIRYANI RECIPE
Ingredients –

For the Paneer Layer
2 small tomatoes (puree)
1 big onion (puree)
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter (optional)
1 1/2 tsp paneer masala
2 tbsp fresh cream
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup paneer diced
1 tsp sugar

For the Vegetable Layer
1 big onion sliced
1 capsicum julienne
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp jeera
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1 cup mix vegetables boiled ( cauliflower, carrot, beans, peas)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
salt to taste
1 1/2 tbsp water

For the Rice
1 1/2 cup rice
3 cups water
salt to taste
oil
1/2 tsp yellow food colour
