METHOD
ADD OIL TO THE PAN
ADD PATTAI KIRAMBU SOMBU AND ONIONS FRY TILL ONION TURNS BROWN.
ADD CURRY LEAVES, GREEN CHILI, SALT, TOMATO, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, CURRY LEAVES, CORIANDER LEAVES AND ALL THE VEGETABLE ONE BY ONE( AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO).
NOW ADD CORIANDER POWDER AND CHILI POWDER AND MIX WELL.
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES, SOYA BALLS, BRIYANI RICE AND MIX WELL.
*1 CUP RICE=2 CUPS OF WATER (SOAKED IN WATER FOR HALF AN HOUR)
I HAVE ADDED 4 CUPS OF WATER ONCE IT COMES TO BOIL CLOSE THE LID.
WAIT FOR TWO SOUNDS AND 10 MINS IN LOW FLAME.
VEGETABLE BRIYANI IS READY TO SERVE.
