Vegetable Cutlet/ Chop | Kolkata Street Snack | Deep Fried And Baked
Pure non vegetarian people left the tandoori chicken after having these melt in mouth vegetable cutlet. This was happened in my small get together at home. So who called vegetables only “ghas phus”. It’s yummy..
Ingredients
3 Beetroot (Boiled and grated)
2 big potatoes and carrot (boiled and mashed)
50 gm/ 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
20 gm/ 2 tbsp raisins
2 tsp ginger paste
2 chopped green chilies
Salt to taste
2 tsp Bread crumb + more for coating
2 tsp oil to cook the veggies
Oil to deep fry
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Spice powder: 1 bay leaf
1tsp cumin, coriander, fennel seeds
1 inch cinnamon stick, 3 cardamom and cloves
For batter:
4 tbsp refined flour
Water as required
