Vegetable Kootu/ Huli/ south Indian sambar
Ingredients :
1. Cooked Toor Dal – 2 cups
Vegs:
1. Cucumber
2. Chayote/ seemebadnekayi
3. Carrot
4. Beans
5. Potato
6. Peanuts
(Can add more vegs of your choice)
For Masala:
1. Black Pepper – 1/2 tbsp
2. Cinnamon – 1 inch
3. Jeera/ cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
4. Grated coconut – 1 up
5. Sambar powder – 3 tbsp
For tempering :
1. Mustard
2. Red chilly
3. Hing
