VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN – INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage – 1 cup grated
Carrot – 1 cup grated
Spring Onion Leaves – ½ cup chopped
Spring Onion – ½ cup chopped
Flour – 3Tbsp
Cornflour – 1 Tbsp
Garlic – 1 tsp finely chopped
Ginger – 1 inch finely chopped
Green Chilies – 3 finely chopped
For the Gravy:
Mix vegetables – ½ cup (cabbage, carrot, Spring Onion Leaves)
Spring Onion – 2 Tbsp chopped
Capsicum – 1 small finely chopped
Garlic – ½ tsp finely chopped
Ginger – ½ inch finely chopped
Green Chilies – 1-2 finely chopped
Soya Sauce -1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Red Chili Paste or Red Chili Sauce – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt – To Taste
Corn flour – 1 Tbsp
Vegetable stock – 1 cup
Oil – 1 Tbsp & For frying
Chopped Spring Onion Leaves – 1 Tbsp for garnish
