Vegetable Pakora is a very delicious and tasty dish. You can serve with Sweet Tamarind Chutney, Yogurt Chutney and Tomato Ketchup. You can also serve with the evening tea and as a snack. It is purely vegetarian recipe. People in South Asia fry pakoras and eat daily in Ramadan. So, basically, it is a RAMADAN SPECIAL RECIPE!! It is really tasty so please make sure to try it out. Ingredients:
3 — cups: Gram Flour / Kebab Flour
4 — Large Size: Onions (Thick Sliced)
1 — Large Size Bunch Of Spinach (Thin Sliced)
3 — tbs: Fenugreek Leaves (Thin Sliced)
5 — Green Chilies (Thin Sliced)
3 — tbs: Coriander Seeds
2 — tbs: Crushed Whole Red Pepper
1 — tab: Carom Seeds
1 — tsp: Baking Powder
½ – tsp: Turmeric Powder
1 — tsp: Garam Masala Powder
1 ½ – tsp: Salt (or) to taste
Oil for frying
