Vegetable Raita
Ingredients
400 ml – Beaten curd
1 – Onion ( finely chopped )
2 – Tomatoes ( Finely chopped )
Handful – Fresh coriander ( finely chopped)
8 to 10 – Mint leaves ( finely chopped )
1 – Green chilly ( finely chopped )
Salt to taste
½ Tsp – Roasted cumin powder
½ Tsp – Black pepper powder
¼ Tsp – Red chilly powder
Method
Put everything in a bowl except red chilly powder and roasted cumin powder and mix well. Garnish with chilly powder and cumin powder. Serve chilled with veg or non veg biryani.
