Apologize it’s been a while since I posted! but I’m back with a new vids! talking about good stuff and how to stay healty and flawless with a easy natural “self-made” drink, made by natural ingredients, for all the ladies out there with some skin problems – water retention – cellulite!! It also helps to:

That’s what I used to drink EVERY morning when I woke up before to eat anything else, wait 30 days to see the results, it worked really good on me even if I don’t have big problem I felt so much better with my body higly reccommended!!
INGREDIENTS:
8 1/2 cups filtered water
1 teaspoon grated ginger or ginger root
1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
1 medium lemon, sliced thin
10 mint leaves
*You will need a pitcher for this recipe
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight. Remove the lemon slices, ginger and mint leaves before pouring. Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.
