Chili “recipe”
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1 stick celery, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp chili powder
1 habanero pepper, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 ½ cups corn
2 15-oz cans black beans
1 15-oz can garbanzo beans
1 15-oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
Maybe ¾ cup of water
In large pot, saute garlic and onions in a little water for about 5 minutes. (Continue adding water a bit at a time while adding all ingredients to prevent sticking. This is how to cook without oil. It’s so easy.)
Add celery, carrots, and spices and cook until soft.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine thoroughly.
Cover and bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Add more tomato paste or more water to achieve desired consistency.
Pour on top of your baked potatoes and then top it off with guacamole, salsa, hot sauce, vegan sour cream, green onion, cilantro, or anything you want!
NOTE: This isn’t really a recipe. I literally just threw stuff in. But I wrote it down for you so you can replicate it if you want. The habanero makes the flavor so good!

Overnight Oats (1 cup of oats with chia seeds and soy milk, etc.)
Green Banana Ice Cream (4 bananas with barley grass juice powder)
Big Salad (including on avocado as “dressing”)
Coconut Water
Papaya (big container)
Chili over a baked sweet potato
Some lightly cooked asparagus and red chard
