mugcake:
4 tbsp of flour
6 tbsp of dairy-free milk
1 tbsp of whole cane sugar
1 tbsp of cacao
1/2 tbsp of vanilla
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of oil
lemon juice

microwave it for 2-3 minutes.

couscous:
1/3 cup of broccoli
1 carrot
1/2 clove of garlic
1/3 cup of peas
1/2 of vegetable stock
1/3 cup of couscous
1 tbsp of olive oil

1. if you have frozen broccoli – cook it.
2. cut the carrot and hack the garlic.
3. heat the olive oil and roast the carrot and the garlic (if your broccoli isn’t frozen – give it in the pan too).
4. roast the peas too.
5. give the vegetable stock into the pan, boil up and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. give the couscous into the pan, boil up again and let it covered well for a few minutes. (lower the heat down or take the pan away)
