RECIPES:
TURMERIC OATS
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1cup water
1/4tsp pink salt
1/2tsp each cinnamon & turmeric
- Add ingredients to saucepan, simmer, stir until thick & creamy
(Optional extras)
1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein
1/2 tsp maca powder
1tsp mesquite powder
1tsp lucuma powder
- Stir in once cooked, may need to add more water
Top with whatever you like ! I used:
Apple
Bee pollen
Pumpkin seeds
Flaxseeds
Molasses
POST WORKOUT GREEN SMOOTHIE
1 frozen banana
Few florets of frozen cauliflower (steamed first)
1 zucchini
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
1/2 tsp maca powder
1tsp mesquite powder
1tsp lucuma powder
1tsp Mason’s Mushrooms (Superfeast)
1tsp super greens powder (Source Bulkfoods)
1tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut water
Enough water to blend
